Associate
Nick Flegel is an associate attorney at Jorgenson, Siegel, McClure & Flegel, LLP, specializing in the areas of civil litigation and municipal law. He has experience representing private clients in contract, construction and land dispute and experience representing municipalities in code enforcement and civil rights matters.
Nick received his law degree from Santa Clara University in 2003 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Occidental College in 1999. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California. He is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association and is currently serving as the treasurer for the San Mateo County Barristers Association.
