Associate
Leigh F. Prince is an associate specializing in land use, real estate and municipal law. Before joining the firm in 2006, where she assists the Town Attorney for the Town of Portola Valley and the City Attorney for the City of Menlo Park, Leigh was a Deputy City Attorney for the cities of Monte Sereno and Scotts Valley. Leigh has a wide range of experience assisting private clients with general plans, zoning, conditional use permits, subdivisions, CEQA matters, and other real estate matters. Leigh has a special interest in and has helped a number of religious organizations in obtaining land use approvals. She also has litigated a number of administrative writs and has briefed several cases for the court of appeals.
Leigh received her law degree from the George Washington University School of Law in 2002 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis, in 1998. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the San Mateo County Bar Association.
