Leigh F. Prince is a partner specializing in land use, real estate and municipal law. Before joining the firm in 2006, Leigh was a Deputy City Attorney for the cities of Monte Sereno and Scotts Valley. At Jorgenson, Siegel, McClure & Flegel, LLP, Leigh assists the Town Attorney for the Town of Portola Valley and the City Attorney for the City of Menlo Park. Leigh has a wide range of experience assisting private clients with general plans, zoning, conditional use permits and other real estate matters. Leigh has a particular expertise in the California Environmental Quality Act and litigating administrative writs.
Leigh received her law degree from the George Washington University School of Law in 2002 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Davis in 1998. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the Santa Clara County Bar Association and the San Mateo County Bar Association.
