Marvin S. Siegel was a partner and is now
Of Counsel specializing in estate planning, estate and
trust administration, gift and estate tax law and business
formation and planning. Marvin has more than 45 years of
experience and expertise in: counseling clients regarding
their personal estates and businesses; drafting trusts,
wills, durable powers of attorney, health care directives,
qualified personal residence trusts, and other estate and
gift planning documents; pre and post death tax planning
for individuals, trusts and estates; preparation and filing
of estate tax returns and gift tax returns; and charitable
and legacy planning, including establishment of family
foundations and other non-profit organizations.
Marvin received his law degree from Stanford University Law School in 1961 and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan in 1958. He is a member of the State Bar of California and the American Bar Association (Real Property and Probate & Trust Law Sections), as well as the San Mateo County Bar Association, Palo Alto Area Bar Association, and the Peninsula Professional Subcommittee of the Jewish Community Endowment Fund. Marvin is a Director of Sinai Memorial Chapel, a mediator for the City of Palo Alto, and past president of the San Mateo County Legal Aid Society.
