Partner
Sandy Sloan is a partner, who has specialized in real estate, land use and municipal law for more than 27 years. Her real estate practice involves negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, leases, construction and financing documents, CC&R’s, due diligence materials and dispute resolution.
