Kristina A. Fenton is a partner specializing in estate planning, trust administration, and probate. Prior to joining Jorgenson, Siegel, McClure & Flegel, LLP, in 2007, she spent a year practicing trusts and estates law in Burlingame. Kristina has experience drafting trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and other various estate planning documents, as well as preparing and filing estate and gift tax returns.

Kristina received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2006 and her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, San Diego, in 2003. She is a member of the State Bar of California and the San Mateo County Bar Association.
