Brittney L. Standley is an attorney specializing in estate planning and administration.  Brittney joined Jorgenson, Siegel, McClure & Flegel, LLP, in July of 2019. Before attending law school, Brittney gained experience working at a boutique family law firm in San Jose, California. After attending law school, and before joining Jorgenson, Siegel, McClure & Flegel, LLP, Brittney practiced as a family law associate with a focus on the division of the financial assets during a dissolution of marriage.
 
Brittney received her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2018 and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, with a minor in Human Development, from University of California, San Diego, in 2012.  During her time in law school, Brittney received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Appellate Advocacy and earned a spot as a participant in Honors Moot Court, Internal. She is a member of the State Bar of California.  Brittney was named a Northern California Rising Star in 2024 by Super Lawyers Magazine.
