Nick Flegel is a partner specializing in civil litigation, including contract, business, tort, and real estate disputes. Nick routinely appears in State and Federal Court, and handles all aspects of litigation including discovery, law and motion, court and jury trials, alternative dispute resolution, and appeals. In addition to his litigation practice, Nick assists clients in drafting real estate and business agreements, filing property tax assessment appeals, and regularly advises individuals, businesses, and municipal clients in a variety of matters.   

 

Nick received his law degree from Santa Clara University in 2003 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Occidental College in 1999. He is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California. He is an active member of the San Mateo County Bar Association, serving on a number of committees over the years.
