Jennifer H. Friedman is a partner specializing in estate planning, estate and trust administration, gift and estate tax law and business formation and planning. She has extensive experience and expertise in: counseling clients regarding their personal estate and business planning; drafting of trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, health care directives, and other estate and gift planning documents; pre- and post-death tax planning for individuals, trusts and estates; preparation and filing of estate tax returns and gift tax returns; charitable and wealth transfer planning; and planning for domestic partners. Jennifer is certified by the State Bar of California as a specialist in estate planning, trust and probate law.

Jennifer received her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law (formerly known as Boalt Hall), in 1997, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in 1994. She is a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of California. Her professional affiliations include the San Mateo County Bar Association, the Palo Alto Area Bar Association, and the Silicon Valley Bar Association. Jennifer is a member of the Professional Advisors Leadership Council of the Silicon Valley Community Foundation and a member of the Philanthropy Advisors Council of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. She is Secretary and Board Member of the Art of Yoga Project. Jennifer is conversational in Hebrew, Spanish, and Italian.
