Joseph H. Feldman (Joe) is an associate specializing in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and gift and estate tax, as well as limited liability company formation. Joe joined Jorgenson, Siegel, McClure & Flegel, LLP in June of 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Joe was an associate at Andersen Tax, where he advised high net worth individuals and family office groups on succession and estate planning, gift taxation, and charitable giving. While at Andersen Tax, Joe also advised high-net-worth individuals, venture capital firms, and asset management firms regarding the tax implications of complex mergers and acquisition scenarios, equity sales, and partnership distributions. 

 

Joe received his law degree in 2021 from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2017. During his time in law school, Joe served as the Executive Editor of the UC Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly and as a Mediator for the UC Hastings Mediation Clinic. He is a member of the State Bar of California. Joe was named a Northern California Rising Star in 2024 by Super Lawyers Magazine.
