Mat Dunlap is an attorney specializing in estate planning and administration.  Mat joined Jorgenson, Siegel, McClure & Flegel, LLP, in July of 2025.  Before attending law school, Mat gained experience working in construction management and executive search on the peninsula.  After attending law school, and before joining Jorgenson, Siegel, McClure & Flegel, LLP, Mat practiced as an estate planning associate with several boutique estate planning firms in the bay area.

Mat received his law degree from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly known as University of California, Hastings College of the Law) in 2021 with a concentration in Taxation Law.  During his time in law school, Mat received the CALI Award in Taxation of Family Wealth Transfers and Torts.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of the Order of the Coif, Thurston Society and Honors Society.  Mat received his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management in 2012 from California Polytechnic State University.  He is a member of the State Bar of California.
