Our Employment attorneys each have over 30 years of experience representing companies and executives.  We counsel companies and organizations in many areas, including employee terminations, wage & hour law, leaves of absence, disability accommodations, restrictive covenants (non-competes), commission plans, severance arrangements, employment agreements, reductions in force, policy drafting, and day-to-day human resources counseling.  We also represent executives in connection with employment agreements, executive compensation, change-of-control scenarios, stock options and other equity arrangements, and severance agreements.  Our goal is to help our clients find practical, workable business solutions to their employment law matters.
